These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of tissue and other hygiene products by Valtora (“we”, “us”, “our”) to business customers (“you”, “your”) in the UK. Your use of our services and placing of orders indicate your acceptance of these Terms.

2. Definitions

Products: Hygiene items such as tissues, paper towels, wipes, etc.
Contract: The agreement formed when we accept your order.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Orders can be placed through our website or by written means. We confirm acceptance via email, forming the Contract.

4. Delivery

We deliver within the UK mainland. Delivery times are estimated; delays don’t entitle you to damages. Risk passes upon delivery.

5. Pricing & Payment

Listed prices exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout. Payment terms: within 30 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed.

6. Returns & Refunds

Unused, saleable goods may be returned within 30 days for a refund, exchange, or replacement. Return shipping is at your cost unless due to our error.

7. Warranty & Liability

We warrant products conform to their description. Except for gross negligence or statutory rights, liability is limited to the contract price.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend terms by posting updates on our site. Continued business after notice constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
