Eligibility
Products must be unused and in a saleable condition. Returns accepted within 30 days of invoice
Process
Submit a return request with order number, item details, and reason. Our team will confirm and provide return instructions.
Costs
Unless the return is due to our fault, shipping costs are covered by you.
Refund/Exchange
Processed within 14 days of receiving goods, to the original payment method or via replacement/exchange.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom or specially ordered products are non-returnable unless faulty.
